Theme: "Light up the Holidays" 

Businesses can choose the content of the window display; however, the display should concentrate on the creative use of lights. 

Prizes awarded to 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place. 

Decorations should be completed by Noon December 2nd  Judging will take place Friday December 15th. Winners will be announced on WBEV/WXRO and in the Daily Citizen.
