Coloring Contest Forms will be distributed to BDUSD grade schools SKDS St. Stephens & Dodgeland grade schools. Children in 1st - 5th grades will be asked t enter the coloring contest. Entrants will be judged by a committee of judges. Winners will ride in the Holiday Parade with Santa and will be recognized at the After Party. One girl and one boy will be awarded the title of Master and Miss Frost.
